Hidden among ancient hardwoods in the rolling hills and fertile fields of the eastern Highland Rim, our facility offers premier hunting and hospitable lodging on 500 unspoiled acres stretching across two counties in the Appalachian foothills of north central Tennessee. We are also proud to offer exclusive hunting access on a large and growing portfolio of untouched properties in Tennessee and Kentucky, providing Members an exciting assortment of untouched hunting venues.

A convenient drive from Nashville, Knoxville, or Chattanooga but a world apart from the bustle of daily life, our facility is ideally situated for planned adventures and impromptu visits alike. While most hunting is enjoyed during the annual whitetail season, our facility is year-round available for Member enjoyment and anytime access.

Our facility is designed for self-sustainability, drawing upon the pioneer spirit that first settled these hills. Cabins are designed to provide passive all-season temperature regulation and furnished with wood burning stoves. Water will be provided by on-site well serviced by solar backup. Ample outfitting supplies will be held in ready stock for anytime use.

From our careful selection of Tennessee native plants to our aggressive incorporation of fruit-bearing trees into our landscape, every aspect of Highland Rim Sporting Club has been thoughtfully considered to provide maximum enjoyment and value to Members today and their generations long into the future.

Designed to be the hunting club your grandfather would've loved and one your grandson will enjoy, our team of architects has crafted our facility master plan to merge harmoniously with its natural and cultural settings. Building sites have been carefully selected to minimize human impact and preserve the land’s unmarred beauty. Building styles and materials are local, making the most of local aesthetics and resources.

Our master plan paces development across three phases over 24 months, delivering full accommodation hunting and lodging in the 2026 hunting season. Construction concludes in 2027 with completion of cabins, the dining hall, and a chapel.

Phase 1: Lodge & Bunkhouse (Q4 2025)

The Lodge sits at the heart of our club campus. Framed by heavy timbers and designed for generations of future members, the Lodge provides a traditional setting for dining, socializing, and intimate events, a warm last outpost in the Tennessee wilderness beyond.
